Northampton Sun Group Swim

Northampton Sun Group meets weekly on Sunday evenings. There is the use of both a large swimming pool and a smaller trainer pool. They also have a sauna, steam room, three Turkish hot rooms at different temperatures and a plunge pool. A lounge area is available throughout the evening and offer informal aqua-aerobics and yoga sessions. Other occasional sports and social events take place throughout the year. Visitors are welcome at all sessions by advance booking.
